I have a bit of an illness.
I go through kicks.
I like to perfect things, mainly recipes.
I will sometimes make a recipe two days in a row, a few times a week because I think of a little thing that could make it better, or possibly perfect.
I won't rest until I try the idea, until it's my idea of perfect.

I once tried to perfect flan and then gave up. Some things are just gross and can't be perfect in my eyes.
Saturday I made Calvin a doughnut for our primary activity so he could have one with the other kids. Then I started thinking about how it's been too long since I have made gluten full doughnuts and I should make some. Yesterday was the ward potluck and I didn't have a lot of food in my house. I feel like I always have flour and yeast though. About time to make doughnuts if you ask me. I thought they were pretty good, but not perfect. Of course, I had some ideas of what would make them better so I made them again today.

I DONUT want you to leave period. End of story. And maybe you just want to try perfecting donuts again? A third time's ALWAYS a charm!
I wouldn't want to leave Hawaii either! But we've got some movies to see this summer together, right? Oh, and see if you can stay in that donut making phase until you get here. Those look amazing!!
You'll just have to go back with us when we go on vacay! Tater told the primary that for her vacation she wants to go to the Hulu Girl Island. So next summer right?
