Birthday Party 2

We had a party for Hadlee and Matthew's birthday at my dad's house.
Davey sent both of them presents and they got a bit mixed up.... Hadlee opened her envelope to find this:and Matthew opened some butterfly earrings. :)



Hadlee's cake for the day was Funfetti cake with pink frosting and Matthew's was carrot cake.

Easter Celebrations

Friday- We colored Easter eggs in Grand Junction,



Saturday- we had an Easter egg hunt in Moab after hiking,







Sunday- We had an Easter egg hunt in Grand Junction.

Delicate Arch

We went to Arches and hiked to Delicate Arch. Calvin had his classroom friend, Melvin, for the weekend and brought him on the trip.
Calvin was starting to get tired.
We thought we might not make it.

We finally did.



Calvin wanted to go stand under the arch, so I took him. Can you see us? Standing by that weirdo that wouldn't get out of our picture?




We were almost back to the car and Calvin wanted to take a picture of Melvin.

Birthday Party 1

Time to open presents.




This is the official "after present pose." Then we had cake. She requested yellow cupcakes with pink frosting. But it was also Heather's birthday and I was making cakes so we had some chocolate with pink frosting too.

Hadlee and Calvin got new bikes for her birthday.  We left their bikes in Hawaii and that was something they couldn't live without!
