In 2005 the sweetest boy was born. He looked like a fat old Mexican man, but I didn't seem to care. I never thought I would want to kiss the cheeks off a fat old Mexican man, but I sure did.

He got so stinking cute after a while, he soon became of of the cutest boys I have ever seen. He was born during the Sturgis motorcycle rally, so these were his one year pictures. This picture is on my wall and makes me melt when I look at it.

2 years old, and already looks pretty darn good in a suit.
November 2007
This boy loves the water anywhere he can find it. From a puddle in the street to the ocean, he jumps in with both feet. (hey that rhymes.)

Aang. (The Last Airbender, doi)
His first day of Jr. Kindergarten was on the 2nd and when his teacher said, "Hi Calvin, I'm Linda."
While pointing to his cheek, he said, "It's not Calvin, It's Aang."
(I did NOT send him to school with arrows all over his body if that's what you are thinking.)
He has given each of us names from the Avatar cartoon and gets mad if we forget and call someone by their actual name.

I can't even describe how much I love this boy and feel blessed to have him in our family. I am so lucky to be his mom and so grateful. He is always giving me loves and kisses and telling me he loves me. I still can't get enough of his cheeks. I am so proud of him daily and the progress he makes. We will, of course, be spending his birthday in the water. Ü

I laughed out loud at that baby picture, now I know what you are talking about! But I still think he is beautiful. And it so looks just like him!
I love Calvin too. He is one special boy and we feel so blessed to know him!
