He is not so little anymore, but he will always be my little guy. Every once in a while something happens and I see rays of hope shining through him. I have mentioned before that he has started talking in sentences, but tonight we had a actual conversation!! This is how it went.
Me: (yelling from downstairs) "Calvin"
Him: (yelling from upstairs) "What"
Me: "come here"
Him: "okay" (footsteps on the stairs), "Where are you?"
Me: "right here"
Him: (turns to see me) "Oh, hi"
I guess maybe it seems stupid that this was the moment today that made me the happiest but it was. I look forward to many more conversations with my sweet boy.
